IN PERSON TRAINING
My thought, several years ago when I was introduced to Resilient Human Performance, was “what can this program do for me”? After all, my knees hurt, but only when I walked. As a skeptic, I was challenged to believe that something as simple as proper exercise could cure my discomfort was worth my time. I challenged Aaron to show me.
Aaron created a program that made it possible to pursue and continue to enjoy my interests with enthusiasm instead of apprehension. Ibuprofen is no longer needed as a routine, even when hiking the hills. Many thanks for all of your help.
